A rare single-story gated luxury estate on nearly half an acre in Woodland Hills, offering approximately 4,500 square feet, 5 en-suite bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms with a completely private resort-style backyard. The home was rebuilt in 2018 with a modern open floor plan, soaring ceilings, European white oak floors, a glass-enclosed office and a statement kitchen with Miele appliances, marble island and Caesarstone counters. Walls of glass connect the interior for the ultimate indoor/outdoor living experience to an ultra private, expansive backyard with a heated pool and spa, covered cabana, built-in BBQ, wrap around Trex deck, outdoor fireplace and multiple entertaining areas with a custom Lakers basketball court. Smart-home technology, new roof, paid solar, dual HVAC, tankless water heaters, extensive security and newly refreshed landscaping complete the property. South of Ventura Boulevard on the infamous Wells Drive. Private enough to feel like you're away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to all the shopping, entertainment and best dining that Woodland Hills and Calabasas has to offer.
